Quite a long street from Charing Cross to Hope street. The phonetic pronunciation of this street is sokky hall street. don't laugh,a lot of peculiarities with words in Scotland. A brief smile is acceptable.

Where did the Glasgow of the '70's go?? When I was a youngster this was a drab city in many ways, today it is incredible and open, so much to do and so many places to eat and enjoy your time out and about.

Superbly located near Kelvingrove and along Sauchiehall street, I was expecting for the price a small single cell. Instead I got a friendly welcome at reception, fabulous spacious room where everything worked and even had a desk ( so I could too). Very quiet. Good local restaurants and bars just outside. This is a serious bargain and highly recommended
