The Kolovare beach is nearby, 5 minutes of walking. 10-15 minutes of walking to the old town. Mister Mislav is the best host we have met so far. I strongly recommend. We are definetly coming back. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. The dining area very cosy. Our room very clean with big shower, comfy beds, no street noise at all! The hotel is very close to the old town and walking distance from Kolovare beach and the bus station. It could easily be 4 star instead of 3 star hotel. The pool was a nice addition even though a few extra sunbeds would be nice. The breakfast buffet offered the basic essentials, but the possibility to order extra dishes from the a la carte menu (and also additional coffee from the bar) made it standing out a bit. Location is directly at the main road, but the hotel is new and well built, so no noise from the traffic. The hotel is located really close to Kolovare beach and also just a 10-15min walk to the down town of Zadar.LucemferoAustria
