I hate this place almost as much as my ex girlfriend!
I hate this place almost as much as my ex girlfriend! First it’s not expensive at $20 per person after they gave us gin & scotch! $1000US for a table is highway robbery!!! They also have a shooter girl who drinks shots and adds it to your bill! Any drinks outside the gin & scotch are really expensive. The butlers stole my wallet out of Andrea’s zipped up purse! 15000 pesos, 3 credit cards, 2 debit cards, 3 grams of blow and my health card from Canada 🇨🇦 Coco Bongos never go it’s a complete rip off!!!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. They'll try to overcharge you with free drinks and a table and inside there are no enough tables and they charge you again for the drinks. It was a terrible night where the staff and security people treated us poorly and laughed at us. The next night we went to Mandala Beach and we had a great time. don't let them pre open the bottles. they have fake seals and are watered down! we literally drank rum right out of the bottle like it was water.. if they could be honest about the booze it would eaisly be a 5/5 rating, but when they rip you off, you don't get the value for your money and its just poor business...

The show is fantastic No doubt about that! the production value is outstanding and rivals any show on stage in Chicago. Be warned : 1. Your skip the line ticket will get you in quick, but it is a club, so if you want to actually sit down they will sell you a 20 dollar vodka bottle for 140 bucks!! you get the bottle, a hat , and a seat but be warn the seating is hit or miss. If you sit at the top level chances are you wont see the lower stage where the acrobatic fight scenes happen ect... The price is not worth it since you probably already paid 80 bucks to get in and NO show is worth 200 bucks in my opinion unless you are on Broadway. If you do pony up that much money choose a seat on the lower level/floor- ask for it or they will sit you in anywhere. 2. Here is a DISTURBING note for women - If you get on the stage (the little one up high) to dance don't be surprise if you get air blown up your dress. left and right women's underwear or lack thereof were exposed to the crowd via big screen tv. Not cool and I don't know if they were told that was going to happen, but some appeared shocked that it did , so i am thinking they were not aware of what was going to happen to them. Women if you are planning to go up there put on some underwear, and leave the thong in the hotel if you don't want all your business exposed. 3: "falling down drunks" were literally everywhere and those who had to be picked up from the floor i assumed were escorted out. I guess there is no such thing as over-served at Coco bongo -----Bottom line - Good Show, but overpriced if you buy the bottle. Women wear some shorts under your dressCarmenUnited States

Walking tour with Carlos, hostel beach days and beach parties at Coco Bongo were some of the cool things we did. Also very spacious and comfortable, which made the experience even better. The location is also ideal. It's a 3 minute walk to all the Hotel Zone bars, including Coco Bongo etc, and the public beach.
