This was such an interesting tour.
This was such an interesting tour. You can elect from a guided or self guided audio tour (which we did). The self guided tour took around an hour, and if you want to learn about the historic, political environment of the last few hundred years then this is a must do activity. Pre-book your trip to save time.

In order to protect their artifacts within the palace there is no air conditioning or air movement and very low light. You couldn't see the images on the paintings. The atmosphere became stiffling while on the 1 hour tour of the building and several in our group had to leave to go outside. Is it worth the effort - I'd make a donation to help them keep the Palace afloat. But I would not make a return visit.RonaldUnited States
