The hotel is located in the financial centre, so evenings and weekends it was quiet and it was a 15 minute walk to get to the main shopping and eating out areas. It was a 15 minute walk to the marathon start, so that was fine. 5 minute walk from Willis Tower which was a fab 100 floor high viewing experience.

We really enjoyed breakfast, with many options of food and beverages. We booked a private bedroom, which appeared to be not so large but enough to accommodate two people with normal-size luggage. The common spaces and restrooms were very clean.

The room was more spacious than I expected with more than enough closet, luggage, and working space. I also liked the selection of tea and coffee provided in the room. The hotel was clean and stylish, although I was not able to try any food options to comment. Willis Tower is right next door and the neighborhood is also a nice place to enjoy morning walks. Highly recommended and would choose to stay here again in the future.

Staff (I was welcomed on this occasion by Adrian) on desk cheerful and helpful, as I remember from previous times there. And the Loop location is wonderful if, as I do, you come down on the L direct from O'Hare. And after N visits to Chicago, I finally went up the Sears/Willis Tower!

There are a lot of things to do in the area like visiting the Chicago's Institute of Art or the Navy Pier. I especially enjoyed going for a walk near the river. There are a lot of iconic buildings and skyscrapers in the area, I recommend visiting Willis Towers. House keeping is available upon request and there are complementary water stations on each floor and water bottles are provided. The bathroom is fully stocked with amenities.
