The river and balcony access was incredible. We really appreciated the pet friendliness and used the poop bags and walked our dog around the area. The cabin was very clean and perfect for our needs, and still close to town. We also really enjoyed the downtown parking and restroom access at the downtown cafe. We didn’t get there in time to enjoy a fire, but really wanted to. We were surprised walking down to the river had a nice, carved-out walkway and had chairs at the bottom to enjoy the river closer. I was pleasantly surprised at all the amenities!

The food in the lodge is delicious, with comfortable outdoor seating. We even took the lava cakes back to the room and the boys ate them in the provided robes for a Kevin McAllister moment. The flowers outside the lodge are so beautiful. Our room was well appointed and unbelievably comfortable. My son and I swam in the morning before we left. The pool might have the best view of all. I can't wait to come back in the winter.
