Benjamin provided all the info for our stay and gave us very helpful information about our trip through Patagonia. Elisa is just the nicest person ever, prepares delicious food with love. There's a path straight from the house to a very beautiful waterfall where you can sit down and observe nature. Close by is also a river. Rooms are very clean and cozy, and the bathroom is very nice with a great shower. We also loved the styling of the lodge. Lobby is an amazing social place to hang out with other guests. At our time staying here, there were two very interesting and fun fishermen from Chile who come here every year fly-fishing. If I would recommend this place? Definitely. A place where you enjoy and relax doing things you love (fly-fishing, hking, kayaking, rafting...).

Guests will found both shared dormitories and bungalows. There is a garden and direct access to Serrano River. Views of the mountains are featured. the host is very helpful and nice. Good advice for route planning in the national park. a room is clean and comfy. All staff are very welcoming. Really good service.

All units include a fridge and kettle. The property also has panoramic views of the mountains and is located in front of Lago General Carrera. This is a lovely property at the moment edge of this very pretty village. The view from our room and the restaurant was spectacular and our host, Pablo was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and he made lots of good suggestions for visits nearby. Both the included breakfast and Pablo’s dinner options were fantastic! A great place to relax and recharge. We were sad we only had two nights, even a week would be too short! We would happily stay again.

Guests may choose between standard rates per night or all-inclusive rates with full-board and additional activities. Everything. The bed was huge and so comfortable, it was like sleeping in clouds. We treated ourselves for a night of luxury after finishing the O circuit and we had a wonderful experience. From the welcome to the goodbye the staff were so friendly, helpful and engaging and the facilities so comfortable and cozy. The food was tasty too and the full board worked amazingly. We couldn't fault anything and would 100% recommend a stay here.

Some rooms have a TV with streaming services. Beautiful surroundings, very comfortable rooms/cabins and nicely decorated. Great staff. And an especially good restaurant on site. My favorite.
