All the extra personal touches including the white black gray and red color schemes were very inviting. The owner/ operator was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this motel.

The Motel is set among beautiful gardens and private car parking is available directly outside each room. Beautiful location right on the river but only a short walk to anywhere you wanted to go in the small town. I stayed 3 nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Easy walk to beach and Wynyard town centre. Rooms are tidy, well equipped, in good repair and staff are eager to make the experience of staying at the motel a pleasant one.

Our detached chalet / cabin had nice veranda and open field to one side. The rooms were flooded with light, with some really nice touches - complimentary cheese & biscuits, salt & pepper, lots of USB charging points, including two that don’t require any leads. Really clean & comfortable beds. The owner Steve was also very informative and made us feel very welcome. Also had a wash room, which had washing powder, and free !

Just 4 minutes’ drive from Spirit of Tasmania Terminal, Argosy Motor Inn offers a restaurant, a bar and free on-site parking. The property is within a 10-minute drive of Devonport Airport and Mersey Bluff Lookout. All rooms include free WiFi. Room was satisfactory, but overcrowded for a couple. The space used for extra beds would have been ok for a family, but without the extra beds the space would have been better suited for table and chairs for work or even TV viewing.

The motel is 1 km from the historic Queenstown town centre and a short distance from the Historic Stream Railway. The Queenstown Galley Museum is a 10-minute walk and Strahan is a 35-minute drive away. Queenstown motel. Excellent 1 night stay in the western Tasmanian district. Was taking the Strahan cruise the next morning and needed a 2 bed facility for the night before. Absolutely what we needed. clean. Supportive staff. Parked right out side the room door. Good kitchen. Good shower. Sleep well. No noise. Easily would stay again

The rooms were clean and included all the small details to make you feel welcomed.

Guests have access to a heated outdoor pool, a restaurant and 2 BBQ areas. Gorgeous beach front room. The bed was super comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Lovely and modern and the baloney was so nice to sit out on and listen to the waves crashing in. Great location, we strolled up to the town in the evening. Staff were lovely and really helpful. Great to have parking too. Probably the nicest place we stayed in Tassie.
