Staff are out of this world - polite, attentive and perfectly balancing friendliness and professionalism. They have truly taken our stay to another level - literally, by allocating us to a room on the 6th floor on our next stay so we had even better views. This is a truly incredible team. My husband and I had the best anniversary celebration, and it really felt like our honeymoon! Really top notch! I travelled a lot and have been to other 5* places; in my experience, S Hotel tops them all. I am so happy I picked them over Sandals.

Located in San Juan and with Ocean Park Beach reachable within 300 metres, La Botanica Hotel provides a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a terrace. What an oasis! The hotel has only about 8 rooms and once you enter the front door, you feel like in a different world with plants, flowers, smells, … They offer yoga every morning and Ayurvedic breakfast (it was included) which is cooked freshly and beautifully presented. At night you come back from the city and feel like in a jungle, with the sounds from Coqui frogs, pretty lights in the trees, perfect to calm down and relax. We had a great outdoor shower, everything was very very clean and well maintained (not only our apartment/ balcony but the whole hotel). Our apartment could only be reached via a spiral staircase, a bit challenging with a suitcase, but the lady at the reception immediately helped us both at checkin and checkout - she just carried it up/down for us. The stay was an amazing experience in itself - we would come back!

After having been in many hotels, even in more exclusives, I was very positively suprised of the incredibly cleanliness and well maintained facilities. The rooftop pools I think are worth to spend time as they have beach towles, hot showers, bar service and most espectacular natural water less poisened with cemicals. All of the hotel is like new, as it is finished in 2021. The plenty elevators are not only easy to have them available but also that you don't even realize when they are moving you, the aircon works so silent that you're not able to know from the sound that is on or off but at the clean air you may realize it wonderfully surrounding when you might enjoy the incredibly comfy beds. The stuff was so friendly to us, they let us park the car in the basement parking at the elevator, always receiving us with a smile and open to read our wished from us. We did like the food at the restaurant, as we are coffee lovers, the Macachino was our favorite. Having been many times to Samana, it was a very good experience.
