The property, host and location are exceptional. It's a one minute slow walk to the sea/beach, there's a large grocery across the street and you are in the middle of the village with authentic Garifuna restaurants all around as well as other choices. The host goes above and beyond to help you with anything or any advice you need for your travels. And they are just just overall wonderful people. The value is fantastic if you are able to book directly as some other guests did. If not, it is still a very good value. My single room did not get much natural light. I spent more time indoors than expected because of heavy rain so, if I was there more than a week I would choose one of the brighter rooms. Though during normal rains the fabulous rooftop patio provides good shelter. I was there for six nights and would highly recommend Crash Pad and Adventure Hostel.

Brandt was very helpful. picked us up from airport. helped us arrange taxi and took us to town to show us what tour companies they recommended. They cleaned linen and towels everyday and villa. Everyone was so friendly
