Excellent, comfortable and cosy hotel. All major sites and the beach are within walking distance. The staff were very nice and welcoming throughout our stay. The jacuzzi on the rooftop at the bar are a major plus. Nice way to enjoy Mindelo weather in a relaxing way.

Patricia and her staff were amazing. They helped me book a guide to Santo Antao, made a dinner reservation, booked taxis when I needed them. The space is beautiful and well-maintained and the staff really take it up a notch.

The staff is amazingly courteous and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast has lots of options and is well prepared. They have a lovely patio. The location is great. There are lots of restaurant options and it’s close to the beach, Praia Laginha.

El Ouril Mindelo se encuentra en Mindelo, a 600 metros de la Praia Da Laginha, y ofrece alojamiento de 4 estrellas y bar. This hotel is amazing! Completly renovated and the staff is very nice. We stayed here 2 times going and coming back from Santo Antao. When we returned we got a room with some issues and they got us new room without a hesitation. Breakfast is really good and the view from the roofswimmingpool is amazing!

El Blue Marlin Hotel ofrece pileta al aire libre, bar y vistas a la pileta y se encuentra en Mindelo, a 400 metros de la Praia Da Laginha. Camas comodísimas, limpio, con buenas vistas. Está a tiro de piedra del puerto de ferrys. El personal es encantador y te ayudan (nos permitieron coger el desayuno a las 4 de la mañana, nos negociaron taxis y nos guardaron las maletas unos días después de haber estado alojados con ellos). Tiene piscina con buena pinta, aunque no la llegamos a probar.

El Prassa 3 Boutique Hotel se encuentra en Mindelo y ofrece conexión wifi gratis y restaurante. Además, el hotel cuenta con una terraza y un bar. Very big room (47 m2). Friendly lady at the reception but also during breakfast. I ate a very good cachupa, served with 2 eggs above. We also appreciate that our delay of one day at arrival was not charged, due to the LUXAIR which couldn’t land at Mindelo airport in time.

Todo excelente, el servicio un 10, el desayuno riquísimo, y la ubicacion lo esperado, nosotros llegamos andando desde el aeropuerto. Sólo k en las fotos se ve el hotel en 1a linea de mar pero nolo está ..pero mi puntuacion es un 10...todo muy limpio, elegante y original

Offering an outdoor pool, Oasis Porto Grande is located in Mindelo. At Oasis Porto Grande guests will find a fitness centre. The property is a 10-minute walk from the beach. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent, especially Nilza. When flying from Fogo to Sao Vicente, the airline left all out luggage on Fogo. We were due to sail to Sao Anteo but decided to rearrange the ferry and stay in Porto Grande to try and let our luggage catch up with us. There were 8 of us and we only booked in on the day of our stay. They were not phased when we arrived with only the grubby clothes that we stood up in and Nilza was very helpful. She liaised with the airline and airports to establish where our luggage was [getting further than we could] and arranged a large taxi for us all to have a happy reunion with the luggage that evening. Wiyhout hteir help the holiday would have been a lot more difficult.
