Many activities for children. Playrooms are very good. Food was very good. I love your idea of to go sandwiches. View is very nice. Sauna was hot, spa area is nice and wide. Orea is a place, where I want to come back. It is family hotel but very quiet, so you can relax and enjoy the view, read a book, watch football or spend time with friends or family. In room you don't hear neighbours and that is a very big +.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and beutiful location. The room was very good, everyone had a normal bed (4). It is small and cost and breakfast was great too. We were in summertime, I hope to come back again.

Nice walks Bad management of the ski area...how come Harrachov was the only place in Krkonose with ski slopes closed!

Very nice and clean hotel with fantastic service beginning from the very helpfull sir in the reception, restaurant waiters, to the service man who repaired my broken boot (big thank you - it worked even on the Śnieżka peak) :-)! Nice apartments both in size and comfort. Fully equipped kitchen and I mean really fully equipped I could only miss nespresso/coffe machine that one may expect from this level- full set of glassware/kitchenware, e.t.c. that we had not used but it was there. Very comfortable beds/sheets,e.t.c. Great breakfast and alternative to old reviews they do have both a coffee machine and American style filter coffee. A bottle of prosecco on ice was also nice. They managed to squeeze full breakfast into the available space - we had nothing to comply about. There is a nice lobby with terrace to the river side. You get one parking space and 90 minutes of wellness/spa access from morning till 17:00 on the roof.
