The staff in particular were friendly, knowledgeable about the area and facilities and couldn’t do more for you. The food was absolutely fabulous as well. Definitely one of the best breaks I’ve had in years.

Buffet breakfast had something for everyone. Evening meal had a good choice of three courses for our 4 night stay. The room had two double beds, two comfortable easy chairs and was quite spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was a good base from which to explore the Ayrshire coast. The hotel in my opinion was a real bargain at the price we paid for bbem. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel.

Having previously used the hotel for business meetings I knew the standard was very good. Football takes us to Ayr and Kilmarnock and we have stayed in Ayr previously when in Ayrshire but noted that the Kilmarnock venue is a far better deal, better hotel, better location with good parking facilities. This was our second visit in the last four months and are booked to return next weekend.

All the staff were welcoming and warm and a special thanks to Mary who arranged for flowers to be put in the room for my wife! We will definitely return to this hotel when we're back in Ayrshire.

Hotel uses lovely toiletries everywhere which is nice. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful! Location is lovely part of North Ayrshire.
