Designed as a traditional barn, The Lodge at Winchelsea is located between Rye and Hastings, 1.5 miles from Winchelsea Beach. It offers a bistro-style restaurant and modern bedrooms with free Wi-Fi. The perfect stopping off point on our hiking weekend. The room was very clean and tidy.

The hotel is located centrally just across the road from the beach and Eastbourne Pier, and close to restaurants, bars and cafes. The Pier Hotel is situated at an extremely premium location!

Buffalo Bill's is an oak-beamed country inn set in the heart of Sussex, next to unspoilt woodland. It has a bar, a restaurant and free parking. Clean room and bathroom. Decent towels, good shower with plenty of hot water.

Centrally located in Forest Row, Chequers Inn Hotel offers free Wi-Fi, free parking. The 15th-century property boasts original oak beams and an inglenook fireplace. Fantastic location for where we needed to get. Helpful staff

The Chatsworth Hotel is an exquisitely restored Victorian seafront retreat, overlooking the historic pier and bandstand. The location of the hotel on the seafront was excellent.

Chalk Farm LDC is situated in Willingdon in Eastbourne, 28 km from Brighton & Hove. The hotel has a sun terrace and views of the garden, and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar. Breakfast was fast, substantial and tasty- particularly the bacon! The location was fabulous.
