Everything about it was perfect, including George's kindness in collecting us and our heavy suitcase from the ferry. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Poros, but know that we will need to book early as there are only two front-facing rooms.

Enjoying a scenic waterfront position in Poros, 100 metres from Clock Tower and a short walk from the beach, the family-run Hotel Saron boasts sea-view rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. The staff were very helpful. The view was amazing and it was opposite the ferry port as well as surrounded by restaurants and shops so very easy. Also when there was a ferry strike they didn’t charge the cancellation fee which was very nice .

Situated in the area of Perlia, Theano Hotel is just 100 metres from the beach. It offers rooms with a sea-view furnished balcony, and it has a cafe-bar-restaurant. My holidays at the Theano Hotel were one of the best hotel experiences ever. I enjoyed it so kuch that I extended my stay for one night. It is of course a matter of what you're looking for and what you expect. My expectations were surpassed on all levels. As others have noted, the hotel has an excellent taverna with sea view (sunset) where I spent much time reading with a Tsipouro after a late lunch. The room was nicer than it looked in the pictures, the owners are friendly and discreet. The nice little old town of Poros is also easily reached by foot. The better known beaches were not for me, as I prefer beaches without music. But the nearest beach was perfect: Kanali Beach with two nice restaurants is relaxing, has two good restaurants, is perfect for swimming and only a few 100 m away from the hotel. The single room on the first floor was excellent value. Great bed. Balcony. I'm pretty sure I will come back. Poros doesn't get the attention it deserves.

Evita's Resort features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Poros. The accommodation and staff were amazing. The pool was clean. The sunloungers had cushions and were free. The breakfast was great. Lots of Greeks stay here so that is a great sign.

Featuring a terrace, bar and views of city, Hotel Papasotiriou is located in Galatas, 1.7 km from Kanali Beach. Very clean room! The staff was very friendly and also offered us gifts after our stay. Would definitely stay there at my next visit.
