Featuring a bar, cottage SOUL MATE is located in Ishigaki Island in the Okinawa region, 500 metres from Fusaki Beach and 2 km from Shanishani Beach. These unique cottages are thoughtfully designed and nicely maintained. Very cozy and quiet. The location is a few minutes walk from Fusaki beach by quiet single-lane roads. You can walk up the hill for views around the island and beautiful sunsets. The ceiling over the bed is glass so you can look at the stars at night. A star shower coincided with my stay and I saw numerous falling stars while laying in bed. Not an experience you are going to get anywhere else. The owner was incredibly thoughtful and kind and made my stay even better. The cottage has more amenities than more expensive places I have stayed.

We got watermelon, the special cakes, and the grandma’s extremely delicious homemade somenchanpuru(the Okinawa’s typical food). All the equipments in the house are clean and good. The people there are so nice, I had best sleep there and a lot of good memories which makes me wanna come back next time. Thanks so much!

A beautiful secluded location with choices of several sandy beaches which were effectively private. The decent-sized room had a great view of the sea. Real tasty meals - we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there. The real selling point were the staff - they were the most human and humble people we met during our trip to Japan. They make this boutique hotel very special. So friendly and helpful.

Taketomijima Akaneya is located in Taketomi. The accommodation features traditional Okinawan red tile roofs and traditional Taketomi-style decor and amenities made from local woods and grass. Very close to the main beaches and to town, beautiful Japanese-style rooms and king-size bathroom. Very clean and staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

يقع Mayagusuku Resort في Iriomote على بعد 1.4 كم من شاطئ Nakano، ويوفر مكان إقامة مع مطعم ومواقف مجانية للسيارات وحديقة وتراس. the family that owned the hotel were lovely and so helpful, they sorted out all our evening restaurant reservations for us ( there are not many places to eat and they get booked up quickly so even though its super quiet you need to reserve) and even drove us to the restaurant on the first night, they also gave us a lift into town to catch the ferry on the last day. the room was large and characterful and the balcony and the view and the hot tub were great. there is an amazing beach just 5 minutes away.
