From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every aspect of our experience was simply amazing. Upon arrival, we were greeted by warm and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. The check-in process was seamless, and we were pleasantly surprised by an unexpected upgrade to a room with a breathtaking view. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the comfortable bedding to the modern amenities that made our stay convenient and enjoyable. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was its exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Whether it was the front desk team providing us with local recommendations, the housekeeping staff keeping our room in immaculate condition, or the restaurant staff serving delicious meals, every interaction was marked by professionalism and genuine hospitality. The gardening team kept the gardens looking brilliant and the security kept the monkeys away from pinching our food! Speaking of the restaurant, the culinary experience at Ocean Village was a highlight of our stay. The chef's creations were a delightful fusion of flavors, and the ambiance made each meal feel like a special occasion. In summary, our stay at Ocean Village was truly unforgettable, thanks in large part to the amazing staff who went out of their way to make us feel like valued guests. If you're looking for a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and exceptional service, this is the place to stay.

A very good hotel manager has it under control
