Sealong Bay ZhongQi Conifer Hotel 海龙湾中启康年酒店 has a restaurant, fitness centre, a bar and shared lounge in Sihanoukville. Nothing except the sea view from the room and balcony and behavior of some staffs who tried to provide us some comfort in the middle of everything no no attitude.

We were even granted earlier checkin without extra cost. The place is quiet because off the main road. Great breakfast and the lady owner is adorable.
