Raiatea Lodge Hotel beschikt over kamers met airconditioning en een groot terras met uitzicht over de lagune. There really aren’t enough superlatives to describe our stay at Hotel Raiatea Lodge. Everyone on staff is delightful and goes out of their way to accommodate any requests. We stayed in room #8 in the main lodge. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and an incredible view from our balcony. The sunsets are spectacular every day. The food is outstanding and beautifully presented. We are vegetarian which the chef accommodated with delicious dishes every evening. The desserts are fantastic and the breakfast buffet is plentiful with freshly baked goods, delicious home made yogurts, cheeses, cold buts, fruit etc. The hotel offers a number of fabulous excursions through local operators which we took advantage of. They include being picked up and dropped off at the hotel which makes it all very convenient. The operators are paid directly in cash and there are several ATM’s in town so that wasn’t a problem. There is also great snorkeling right in front of the hotel. Kayaks are available to go to the Motu (15-20min.) which was a lot of fun. Car rental is also available right on site and charged directly to your room. Cars have a manual transmission and all in great shape. We rented one to drive around the island which was fun. Overall our stay at Hotel Raiatea Lodge exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return.

Staff are so friendly and helpful, the cooked meals are huge enough for two meals. Swimming and location beautiful, accomodation spectacular views and Marie so insightful placed me at end bungalow. Ronnie organized the tours who picked me up at pontoon literally around the corner. The most memorable was taputapuatea Marae highlight and Faaroa river ride Havana tours uplifting nga taonga tuku iho o nga tupuna. Also Ta'aha tour Vanilla, Pearl and Rum farm and bonus snorkeling coral reef mama also whipped up a kete and potae for us to take home from coconut leaves. The view of the expanse of the blue ocean was magnificent. The serenity of the place helped to distress and then to soak in the beauty that was all around us. The valley on the side of our bungalow was exceptionally beautiful, I love listening to the chirping of the thousands of birds in the trees. Sandrine and Laurent are wonderful people and do their best to help out their clients and make their stay as memorable as possible. Laurent was a jewel as he washed my rental car before I left Fare Mahi Mahi. What a sweetie!!! Thank you so much, Laurent!!! I asked for extra pillows as I need to sleep with a lot of support for my back, needless to say, I slept extremely well, thank you Sandrine!!!

Villa U'upa ligt op slechts 10 minuten van het centrum van Uturoa en de veerhaven. amazing everything is much better than the pictures, the owners are super nice and make you feel welcomed and part of the place. I was by myself and they make sure I got a way to eat out with other guests. thanks for everything plus the place has the French Polynesia atmosphere super Jolie
