Cama y sillón muy cómodos. 3) El buen gusto en la decoración en todo el hotel y los cuadros que se exponen en distintos lugares. Muy interesante la exposición de cuadros de artistas contemporáneos; particularmente me gustaron los del restaurante. 4) Pedi tarde en la noche si podían organizarme un tour para ver el cierre de fronteras en Waganh Border y lo hicieron rápidamente y con un excelente conductor / guía. Además, a un precio muy razonable. Gracias por ocuparse eficientemente!! 5) Desayuno muy bueno y con alimentos de excelente calidad. 6) Buena ubicación con muchos restaurantes, cafés y comercios cercanos al hotel. Zona tranquila, limpia y muy segura. 7) Plato de frutas y torta de bienvenida espectaculares!

On arriving my original room wasn’t ready so the staff very kindly upgraded me for the whole stay for free! In addition my various requests were accommodated in a prompt fashion with a request for extra water and holding onto my luggage after check out. Breakfast was also solid with a good selection of food and friendly and helpful service.
