We had a late arrival and were greeted and told in detail about the location of the room, and breakfast time. Unfortunately, we only needed to spend one night there. We definitely will stay here again when visiting Iasi next time. Was great that the hotel has convenient parking for cars. The room was spacious. Its design was charming and cozy—a well-combined range of colors and textures. The room had everything we needed. Comfortable bed. The view from the room was of the city. Even if the windows faced the road, no noise from the road could be heard.

Truly a Grand Hotel! Everything was perfect. Location close to main sights but quiet at the same time. Staff is exceptionally kind, they went above and beyond to make my family feel at home. My little nephew needed medication and the reception staff went to the pharmacy to pick it up then brought it to the room, simply amazing! I could easily communicate with the hotel weeks in advance, to arrange for my stay, and I wish I would have stayed longer. Room was impeccable and breakfast well diversified and tasty. The city center is beautiful and full of history. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will stay again when in Iasi next time.
