Mai House Saigon Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a restaurant and bar in Ho Chi Minh City. With free WiFi, this 5-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. Lovely new hotel located close to the centre but not too close so it is a bit quieter. The staff were really helpful with any request. I did not use the pool while I was there but it looked lovely.

Mia Hotel er á fallegum stað í District 1-hverfinu í Ho Chi Minh City. Það er í 100 metra fjarlægð frá Fine Arts Museum, 600 metra frá Takashimaya Vietnam og 700 metra frá Ben Thanh Street Food... I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was easy to find, close to the bustling centre of HCMC and set in a quiet street in a nice area. I was welcomed from the moment I walked through the front door and this was the theme over the next few days. Lots of gestures and Google Translate made communication very manageable. The room was just right, spacious enough, nice bed, excellent shower and very clean and tidy. I enjoyed the breakfast here, it was lovely. It was served in a room filled with morning sunlight and there are two options, both very good. Pho or omelette, both served with fruit, yogurt, tea and coffee. A simple and good start to the day. I cannot emphasise enough the friendliness of the staff. I felt sad on leaving!

It is spacious. It has sofa, TV, mini fridge, electric kettle, hair dryer, desk. The bathroom is very clean. The hotel will provide you towels, slippers and toiletries. It has hot and cold shower and bidet. Air conditioner is working perfectly. Cleanliness - The room is very clean with comfortable bed and pillow. Lighting - You have 3 lighting options in the room (from sleeping mode - mid bright- very bright room setting) . Our room has big windows, so in the morning you can receive natural light from the outside. Staff - They are very friendly, approachable and accommodating. They will go an extra mile to serve you. Sir Vin (the owner) can speak English well. Though the other staff cannot understand you sometime when you speak in English, they will still make an effort to understand you. Breakfast - Free fruits, bread, egg, crepe, tea/coffee/juice in the morning from 7-9am. Breakfast is served at the rooftop. Wifi - Wifi in the room is fast and very reliable. Others - The hotel has an elevator and it offers free laundry service. The hotel responds quickly to your online inquiries. PS: I'm very touched that the staff surprised me with my birthday cake on the night of my birthday.
