Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They offered us complimentary snacks at the pool and rotated complimentary drinks every night, which were absolutely delicious. The property was beautiful, we loved how there two different pools - one of which was more private and the other more kid-friendly. They even went ahead to organize a birthday surprise for my partner. We would love to stay at the funny lion again!

Quite the best attention and service I have found in the Philipinnes (and in general it was quite good). We had an issue with an airline ticket and a motorcycle accident and they helped beyond the call of duty to resolve this issues. They were also kind, attentive and interesting in general.

Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced! There were so many personal touches and I won't state them here and keep it as surprise to you reading this! The manager was super caring and wants to make sure that each and everyday of your stay is perfect. The pool and the lounge bar are just so fun to hangout at and you can even have your private tour pick you up from their own dock! The best cuba libre was made by the sweetest and bartender lady. Unfortunetly, I cannot remember her name but if you like rum you will love their cocktails here and hopefully you will get to meet her!
