The piano bar, Le Birdie, presents a musical setting for a relaxing drink near the fireplace. There is also a 4000m² children's resort with indoor and outdoor activities, which is free for all guests aged 3 years and over. I always return to this property, and each time, they surprise me and completely satisfy my expectations. They have excellent food and activities for kids. Top clean (thank you cleaners and sandrine !) and well located with a lake view from the outdoor pool, restaurants and some rooms. Stunning garden extremely well curated. Delicious breakfast (thank you team!). Cocooning and care at every corner. Lovely adorable staff.

It was a one night stay and we thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The food, drinks and overall feeling was understated luxury. The staff were excellent - efficient and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The reception manager was exceptional. We would definitely recommend and return!

It was easy to book at last minute. It had 24h reception desk and parking (which you need to pay, but it’s all secured). We were travelling to Avoriaz ski resort and needed only one night stay. Rooms are small, but clean and for one night stay it was perfect. We didn’t eat breakfast there, so can’t comment on this.

I've chosen this hotel for location-next door to the railway station. It's convinient if you go to 1day trip every day. Though the building and furniture is quite old, the room is clean, linen is fresh. Tea, fridge, slippers, bath robe are in the room. This is not a luxury hotel but.there is no reason to expect it.

This is a good hotel. We enjoyed staying there. The room was compact but large enough for our needs. Its was very clean neat and tidy. Its about 15 mins walk from the lake but the price reflects this. If you want luxury look elsewhere but this hotel offers good value for money.

Amazing resort. The room was very clean and the services were spectacular. The spa is also very good and the facilities were very clean. The staff are very friendly and professional. The restaurants are very good as well. Parking is available.

The room was basic but comfortable, in the same way the bathroom was functional. This is not a luxury hotel but it's perfect for one or two nights if you are looking to explore the city. The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, we asked for advise where to go to best see the city and we had the best information possible
