The room is very nice, has coffee machine which makes the morning wake-up easy and nice. Quiet, staff helpful. they have everything you need, like umbrellas, ice cubes, really the spoil the guests! location is a bit of center but you have everything you need and a subway station not to far. it has a water canal and bars and coffee houses (not open everyday) near by. I feel anything I say doesn't describe how wonderful it really is!

The Ryokan itself is really nice and traditional, with a lovely small garden, the staff war very kind. The japanese and western style breakfast buffet was also great. Can absolutely recommend!

The experience was amazing. The location is very good, close to the cemetery and not far from the other temples. The dinner and breakfast were very good. It was very nice to see the ceremonies in the morning. Nice onsen to relax.

The staff was very friendly, but most of them spoke very little English. There was some confusion with getting dinner for the evening as it was not included in my reservation. So if you want breakfast or dinner, snd it is not included in your reservation, make sure to tell them you want it as soon as you check in. It was a wonderful experience to stay there! Make sure you go to the Fire ceremony, which was at 1 pm daily. It is free.

Set in Shirahama, within 200 metres of Shirahama Beach and 1.2 km of Ezura Beach, Shirahama no Yado Daigo offers free WiFi throughout the property. This place has a 9.1 rating and most reviews seem too good to be true but trust me on this, this place is THAT good. And I would rate this hotel a 100 out of 10 if I can, the high rating is truly deserved. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the futon is comfortable. The location is great, there are many food places nearby, the beach is just a few minutes walk away (you can even see it from your room depending on where you are placed), and the bus stop which will take you to the station or most places around Shirahama is very near.

A very special experience with the outdoor bath and traditional breakfast. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable.
