The overall stay was good, we were pleased with the room size and the tennis court, we explored all the different pools around the resort and this was the highlight of our stay. The laundry service and shuttle bus were convenient touches to the resort. There was so much to do, eat and see within walking distance. The entire room was big but the bedroom area is small, we liked having more space in the living room. The balcony was beautiful and spacious.
Carl's Unique Inn & Conference Facilities is a 5-minute drive from Kim Sha Beach, and offers views over Simpson Bay Lagoon and the island’s green hills.

My stay in Simpson Bay was fantastic in a word. The location right on the beach is amazing, and the apartment was delightful, equipped with all conveniences. The view was breathtaking, truly something you need to experience for yourself to believe. The owners are incredibly friendly people and very helpful; they really went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Everything was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like it was promised on the website. This stay is definitely recommended for anyone who wants to have an unforgettable time.

Everything is in walking distance - a great market for groceries, lots of restaurants, and several boat charter companies. We didn't rent a car, and I'm so glad we didn't, taxis are great for venturing out.
Walk to the Point by Simpson Bay Resort ( practically next door) and enjoy the sunset and a cocktail - its so beautiful.
The bonfire at Buccaneer Bar ( also next door) on weekends is so much fun- and they have good food and drinks at reasonable prices.

Is a lovely bay with a long white sandy beach, the water is turquoise, but due to the sand being very thin the water is quite milky, resulting in poor visibility under water, still super enjoyable if you want to relax and read by the sea.

We had booked an ocean-view room and were given one... but it was on the lowest level and we mostly saw lawn and trees rather than ocean. Thankfully they moved us to a higher floor and that made a huge difference in our stay. The hotel location is great with free parking. It has everything you need at a resort - good restaurants, a spa, activities onsite and more. We had a rental car that was perfect to sightsee for three days around the island. There is no lack of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and spas anywhere on this island! Note that on Sundays a lot of stores are closed if you stay over a weekend.

Best area to stay when visiting SXM, honesty the night life, food , people its just the perfect location to be in! Day or night Simpson Bay is really just amazing. Close to Beach areas as well , safe to walk to and from any hotel.
This resort exceeded my expectations, especially for the rate we paid. Right on the coast and walking distance to two beaches. Fun pool and swim-up bar. Free breakfast buffet included in the room rate. Convenient location—close to the airport but far enough away that you don’t hear the airplanes. Amazingly friendly staff. Daily free play at the casino. Tons of nearby restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend!
Outstanding facility. We really enjoyed all aspects of our visit. All the employees were helpful and friendly. The Villas pool and the bars were very nice. Food from the restaurants was excellent. The overall location of the facility was very nice as we were able to walk to many local establishments. Our room looked over the Villas pool and Simpson Bay...what a spectacular view to start and end every day.
The property’s location is great, almost right on the beach at Simpson Bay. The rooms are really good value for the price: clean, airy, cool and functional, with all the basic amenities (soap, shampoo, bath towels and even beach towels). All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed for a one night airport layover, but would also return for a longer stay if I came back.
If you are allergic to resorts look no further. This place is quiet, relaxing, well maintained, and to top it off has an amazing view with 8 large rooms directly on the beach. It's a little oasis in the hustle and bustle of St Maarten. Nice touches such as sunscreen by the BBQ, beach towels, mini library in your room, fresh flowers on the table and tons of storage for your swimsuits!
Location was great as we like to stay in Simpson Bay area when exploring the island. Based on the good reviews we decided to try this spot which saved us some $$ over a resort on the same road that we stayed at previously. We preferred this resort and would choose it again. Extremely clean and well kept. No nuisances or disruptions throughout our stay.
Everything was great. Friendly staff. The view. The clean, air conditioned, quiet nice room. Comfortable furniture on the balcony. Adequately equipped kitchenette. I also liked their hard bed (most of hotels have too soft beds). Nice clean beach and many activities. Lots of good local restaurants nearby. Well organized covid-testing. Love this place!
Salt restaurant was good and service was OK for island hospitality (specialty drinks came after the food was delivered thou). The wait staff did pull in a favor and allowed us to order lunch before noon which was not typically allowed so we could leave for the airport. The Hotel also allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and check-out.
I’ve heard about the ppl in Sint Maarten but we never know the thru until we experience and I love love .. the location was good but what we like the most was the staff they so friendly and gentle we couldn’t ask for better ... the Hotel is clean and our room was all brand new . I highly recommended for family vacation.
The view! Beautiful ocean front right on the beach, with an observation tower in which you could watch the airliners take off really close The hotel also was a short distance to the beach restaurant and airport.
We had an air conditioner start to leak and it was repaired immediately, big points for that.
We had an excellent stay in this tastefully decorated apartment close to all Simpson Bay attractions.
The private garden and outdoor kitchen allowed us to concoct a delicious dinner with a view of the Simpson Bay lagoon.
We will definitely come back to this apartment!
The hotel is on the Main Street but surprisingly quiet. Short walk to the beach. Room was spacious, with kitchen. Grocery market directly below which is very handy. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I
I like the Resort because located in the perfect area of the beach ⛱️ and on the outskirts have its own little town with restaurants, casinos 🎰 and more.
