For us, it was a dream location. It is very quiet and with a gorgeous view (exactly like in the photo) of the island of Tavolara from a large terrace (with a table with 4 chairs and a sofa), where we have had breakfast in the morning. Inside the house you have everything you need in the kitchen/living room, bedrooms,etc including a washing machine (outside). There was also a parking space inside the courtyard. A big plus is that in San Paolo you have two large supermarkets (one of them is less than 1 km away from villa). San Teodoro is definitely a nicer location than San Paolo but you cannot have such a nice villa with a wonderful view there, and you can go to San Teodoro (it is only 12 kms away and it is worth doing that) in the evening if you like. Also, San Paolo is not crowded. But you need a car, it is our strong advice. We come with our own by ferry - but you can also rent one. Otherwise, it is not easy to go to the villa because it is on a hill (the price worth paying to have such a stunning view!) and you have to go to the beaches which are a few kms away. The alternative is to use the bus. There is a Beach Bus but be aware that it is not so easy to walk from villa and back to the bus station and also to walk from the different bus stations to the beaches. We highly recommend going to Brandinchi beach- Il Giardini (an alternative is Lu Impostu) but be aware that you have to reserve in advance (on santeodorospiagge.it - it costs 2 EUR/ person, and the Parking fee is 2.5 EUR pe hour). For other beaches, like Porto Taverna is cheaper - 10 EUR for the whole day. And, if you don't have your umbrella renting a pair of sunbeds and an umbrella is between 30 and 50 EUR per day - but this is the same everywhere you go on the different beaches in Sardinia.

the flat was spacious and the double bed was good large size. The Kitchen was well equipped. We used the washing machine, microwave, kettle and the oven with no problem. The flat was tastefully decorated with seashells and I guess local pictures. The balcony was nice for us to spend the evenings in when our little baby went to sleep.

Amazing stay in a fairytale place. The house isn’t big but very comfortable. You have everything for a great vocation and can relax from the first hour you have arrived at the property. Water and wine were just the right thing after a long journey. Our first and biggest impression was the view, with Travolara island as a focal point framed by blue sea. The pictures can’t really show the whole beauty of what you can see from the terrace. The island looks like a dinosaurs´ back ready to stand up from the sea. The surroundings are also very nice with typical Sardinian architecture and fuchsia pink flowers. You can enjoy the view from the roof, terrace, kitchen, living room and bedroom. The house is nicely decorated in a costal style, even though it is not new, it is very clean and tidy. Beds are comfortable, air conditioning is working well, house is equipped with mosquito net. All appliances are working as they should, internet is good for working. Excellent roof with chairs. One can enjoy the view and sunbath. Surprisingly it was not too hot there, the wall creates the shadow. The shops, restaurants and great beaches are very close to the location. Great base to explore north Sardinia. Car is essential. The host is great, always available and ready to help. We had an issue with electricity, and it was fixed by the host during the time we were out, so than we got back our problem has disappeared. Thank you, Donatella for everything. Hopefully we will be back.

What a find! We couldn’t believe when we arrived at the property as it somehow doesn’t come across in the pictures that the little free standing house sits on a very large property right on the beach and surrounded by beautiful trees! The beach is also stunning and we loved being able to go for a swim and then back to the house. There are also great dinning options all around (on the beach and just behind the house). We would have loved to spend a few more days here. The little kitchen is also well equipped and there was a washing machine, essential when traveling with kids at the beach. We also loved the little outdoor shower

Starting from the evening when we arrived at the host , we sow an overly comfartable , quiet , authentic villa in the middle of narure with the most beautiful view of Tavolara Island . Air is like a nature perfume and song of birds as a daily simphony . Marco host showed great interest and help with any questions and obsticle and assistance . He was available anytime we needed . A few minutes walk to the village’s beach and 5/10 minutes by car from beautiful beaches. The staff is very friendly, available, welcoming and caring. We had a small problem with the shower which was fixed in not even one day. The room is nice, clean and with all the necessary facilities. The breakfast was very good, diverse and fresh, also with some homemade delicious cakes.

Great yard, very nice and modern kitchen and bathroom.
