Hotel Villa Les Cygnes is located in Nice, just 20 metres from the Musée des Beaux Arts and 500 metres from the beach. A typical french style pittoreske hotel with spacious clean rooms and bathrooms (we booked the superior room). The balcony was an absolute asset as was the lovely garden behind the building. You should have breakfast here! It’s excellent value! But the best thing about the property was the host Nicolas. He was super friendly and amazingly helpful. Just 80 metres from the Promenade des Anglais, Locarno is a 20-minute walk from the centre of Nice’s historic quarter. It offers 24-hour reception with free WiFi available throughout. Food and bed Breakfast was very good, it is a buffet and you can choose what you want coffe was excellent!!!! Location is excellent, near T2 that runs every few minutes and the staff is very friendly and ready to help. Love it!

The location is great- two minutes from the tram directly from the airport and to the beach. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The terrace of the room came with spectacular view. Highly recommend!

Set directly on the Promenade des Anglais, opposite the beach, this hotel was renovated in 2015 and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi access. I would always come back! Joseph was the best Hotelier I‘ve ever met! He will make your stay feels like home for sure!

The rooms are well air-conditioned, very clean and comfortable.The property is extremely close to the beach. A number of nice restaurants are around. All the tourism spots are within 20 min walk or 10 min by taking tram. You can also reach to the NCE airport in 30 min by taking tram. The tram stop is right in front of the property.

Sea view - Promenade des Anglais is a beachfront property situated in Nice, a few steps from Plage Poincare and 100 metres from Plage Magnan. Susanna was very helpfull She took Care if our bags before check-in and the day we left we had a late flight and she kept our bags so we could enjoy Nice all day without carrying around our luggage

Set within the Les Baumettes district in Nice, Nice Lenval Seaview Free Parking has air conditioning, a terrace, and sea views. Loved everything. It was clean. Tram stop right outside. Quiet at night.
