They welcomed us at the apartment, gave us a tour, recommended places to eat, provided a map and explained our location and how to use public transportation to get around town. We did not cook, but the kitchen was well equipped. We ordered some pizza and picked up a few items from the store... so it was great to see the fridge was a good size. We did not use the washing machine, but did hand wash a few items and appreciated the clothes line to air dry them. If we are EVER in Niece again, we will definitely try to stay here again. It was the perfect apartment for our family of 4 and the location near the Borriglione Tram stop was super convenient. There is a grocery a few blocks away and places to eat near by. I wish we could have stayed longer and look forward to coming back. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!! We love Nice!

A recently renovated property, Sunshine Getaway - Stylish Studio in the Heart of Nice is situated in Nice near Plage du Ruhl, Plage du Centenaire and Plage Beau Rivage. The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Our host was very helpful and provided us with tips on what to visit in Nice. She had also provided big amounts of high quality food for breakfast. One of the best places I have ever stayed in so far! Strongly recommend!

The flat's position is favorable, because it's only 2 minutes away from Tramway 1, with which you can access almost every sight easily. The flat is as it is on the pictures, clean, spacious and well equipped. The host is always just one text message away and is really kind and helpful.

Ideally located in the Liberation district of Nice, Appartement Liberation - Happy Rentals is located 2 km from Plage du Centenaire, 2 km from Plage Lido and less than 1 km from Nice-Ville Train... Very clean very comfortable easy to get to train station. Washing machine. Quiet quiet we felt safe easy to get to restaurants . This apartment was well equipped and everything we needed we had . Bed was very comfortable. Close to tram also. I would definitely rent again
