Boasting a terrace, a restaurant as well as a bar, Frederick Street Townhouse is set in the centre of Birmingham, 500 metres from Museum of the Jewellery Quarter. Spacious and nicely decorated room with a comfortable bed. Continental breakfast had a good selection of pastries, cereals, fruit, etc. Great location, close to the city centre. Perfect for our weekend break in the city.

Holiday Inn Express - Birmingham - City Centre provides free WiFi and rooms with air conditioning in Birmingham. Among the various facilities are a shared lounge and a bar. This was a great stay, we stayed for a couple of nights. We had a family of four, two adults, two children and they upgraded us for free to two adjoining rooms rather than trying to fit all into one room, which was great. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The showers were really nice and hot as well. Breakfast was included and this was a really nice buffet selection, lots to choose from, including nice coffees. The location was central and easy to walk to places from the hotel, as a former resident of Birmingham I did find that whilst the area was generally safe, you do probably want to hold on to your belongings or leave them in your room if possible, but this is not a hotel issue. The staff were all really friendly and easy to talk to for any issues we had.

This pet friendly ibis Styles hotel boasts a central Birmingham location, just 15 minutes' walk from the Bull Ring shopping centre. Very clean rooms and equipped with everything you would expect and more. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Will definitely stay again if in Birmingham.
