This pet friendly ibis Styles hotel boasts a central Birmingham location, just 15 minutes' walk from the Bull Ring shopping centre. Very clean rooms and equipped with everything you would expect and more. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Will definitely stay again if in Birmingham.

The stay at this property has always been great and have stayed here a fair few times, my last experience on Friday 8th April was a little less happy, at around 2:30-3 am on Saturday 9th April we were loudly woken up to loud knocking on the door, which happened to be a very intoxicated guest not knowing his own room.. and then to see him urinate right outside.. and after calling the front desk to which the staff member did respond, I’m beginning to wonder how such a intoxicated person was even able to get to the lifts and not be questioned at reception, the following morning we had to raise it agin at front desk to be told this had been noted and was offered a 20% refund on the room rate of £119.. the entire night was ruined for my girlfriend who could not get to any sleep after and speaking to the duty manager in the morning who was fully aware of the incident, I feel 20% was a kick in the teeth and I would have expected much more for the short falls of acknowledging the people walking in and out of the hotel.. I look forward to hearing from the team at the hotel.

In a superb city centre location, this 4-star deluxe hotel boasts a fitness room, a cafe bar and a restaurant. Shopping districts and Birmingham New Street Rail Station are 0.5 miles away. The staff. Check in, Pearce I think, Matt who was wonderful in giving me information about the locale and how to access the Town Hall as well as other places. The lady who was checking in at breakfast, sorry, I didn’t read her name, but she was so friendly. She and Matt had great banter when I called her the angel. Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice. Clean and fresh. Great location, close to the main part of town and New St Station.
