Ideally situated in New York, Riu Plaza Manhattan Times Square features air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. This 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and a business centre. The additional breakfast fulfilled our European expectations. The room is small, beds are comfortable, modern furniture. The employees were kind during our trip.

Sanctuary Hotel New York is a boutique hotel located 140 meters from Times Square and within 322 meters of Radio City Music Hall. It offers free WiFi throughout the building. I was so impressed with Sanctuary! Excellent customer service from everyone, including the doormen who greeted us everyday. We had jet lag and the staff were really accommodating when we asked if we could order McDonald's on Uber Eats at 3.30am. It's an ideal location around the corner from time square and it was surprisingly quiet. Our room was serviced daily, quite dark (helpful for jetlag) and included a great continental breakfast plus tea, coffee and water available in the lobby all the time (again helpful for jetlag). It definitely surpassed my expectations for New York accommodation and I will definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to NYC.

The location is fantastic and the hotel room was more spacious than we thought considering where the location was. I thought that the fact the lobby was on the 11th floor which meant our room will be much higher would be a problem since I have a bit of a fear of heights but it was so nice and comfortable I didn’t feel a thing. Also didn’t hear any noise from the street which is a major plus. Definitely recommend.
