The breakfast vouchers for the bakery next door is very creative, I enjoyed it a lot. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The location was excellent, the rooms were super clean, the bed and the pillows super comfortable, the staff very helpful and the whole atmosphere of the hotel was very cosy. I will definitely stay there when I visit New York again! Even though I usually do not feel comfortable in hotel rooms, in the case of Lucerne I could stay for a whole month, it really felt as a second home!

Of all the rooms I've booked the past few years, this has been the best. Everything was well kept, clean, and modern. The bathroom was excellent! I didn't want to get out of the shower... The toilet was modern, quiet, with built-in flush buttons. Plenty of towels for face, hands, to get out of the shower, and more. The bed was comfortable, I fell asleep within minutes, without lying flat on the bed. The television was modern... The air conditioning and heating unit maximized the view the room has to the river while offering contemporary uses like drying. The double blinds was a great touch. Most importantly, it does it without wasting space. I am looking forward to staying there again!
