Kim Hotel er staðsett á bakpokasvæði Pham Ngu Lao - Bui Vien Street, í aðeins 5 mínútna akstursfjarlægð frá Ben Thanh-markaðnum. Kim runs a smooth operation here and is the sweetest host. Room is large and feels like a studio apartment. Air con works very well. Everything is clean. It’s old school vibes with the dresser and closet. Bathroom is fine and there’s hot water but bring your own soap / shampoo. Laundry available for 30K. Location is right on Bui Vien street. It’s an old building with some cracks and there could be cockroaches, but they killed them for me and always made sure I was safe and comfortable. Still 5 stars for price, value, location, host.

Attractively located in Ho Chi Minh City, Ehome Saigon - Gạo hostel features air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace. Super nice staff and owners. Made my stay felt like home. Great location. Close to airport shuttle bus stop. Close to bui vien. Bed was larger than others and comfortable.

I don't know how other complains about the noise around the area. First of all the noise from the outside is not as much as others complaining about, it is very minimal and just enough to give you a goodnight sleep. Secondly, the hotel is just 1min walk from Bui Vien walking street so next time, just do a research before making a reservation on this hotel instead of complaining.

This hotel came as a beautiful surprise in the heart of the lively but somewhat noisy (and that's putting it mildly) backpacker district at bui vien walking street. I would not believe it was possible to have a quiet peaceful nights sleep, but I did in this super hotel located in a much quieter nearby backstreet. I was only needing a place to crash for one night before flying out of Vietnam so when the kind staff informed me prior to arrival that the single room I had chosen would be quite basic with a fold out bed and no window, I said that's fine. However on arrival it turned out a slight glitch in the booking website had led to no more single rooms being available. So what did the girl on the desk do? She upgraded me to a windowed double room at no extra charge! Is it any wonder I give them ten out of ten 😁
