Beautifully presented room. Tea making equipment was spotless as was the bedroom and bathroom. Quiet location but still within walking distance of everything you need to visit. Easy entry system and great contact on first arrival. If I ever need accommodation in Plymouth again I'll try and book here. Great stay from Paul and Finley.

Also, he stocked up on breakfast bits which was very kind of him, he was great host! This is a great location, only a 25 minute walk to Plymouth City Centre. It says free parking; there is in a parking bay between a certain time where you can park for free but if you are going to be out and about like we was you are best to park around the corner which is a 5 min walk away, prices are not bad (we payed £26 for 4 nights).
