Excellent location to visit Lydford Gorge, also the old church and cemetary next door are worthwhile visiting. Very cozy room! We extremely enjoyed being offered fresh milk for the afternoon tea upon arrival and finding a milk bottle in front of our room the next the morning. This was unique for all the places we stayed at. The restaurant offers tables inside and outside, even though strongly recommended we had not reserved a table for dinner, but it was made possible for us to eat at the restaurant. Good quality food! Worth the price.

Located in Plymouth, The Ivy Barn Holbeton is a recently renovated accommodation, 44 km from Newton Abbot Racecourse and 17 km from Marsh Mills. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Cute place. Quiet, lovely staff, great extras like a hot tub, bathrobes, fridge and free parking. Beds were comfy, wifi god and heating worked easily and on a timer. Highly recommend!

The nearest airport is Exeter International Airport, 42 km from Gresham Court. We loved everything from the hosts down to the bed sheets. Exceptional value for money and the 2 small bottles of complimentary wine in the fridge were fab. Breakfast was fit for a king and all freshly made. Excellent location for the town centre and local theatre. Highly recommended for a couple of days away from work and kids.

Spotless, homely, welcoming and great location with parking included! Great shower in the brand new bathroom, stocked with shower gel, shampoo etc. Bed very comfortable and room very spacious. Kitchen area is stocked up and again, spotless!! 10/10 for the Flamingo, will definitely be back!!

Owners very friendly and accommodating. They had only had the hotel for a year so they were still updating. The owner apologised for our room being a little 'tired'. Maybe but it was tasteful and clean. The breakfast options were great and we felt very well catered for as vegetarians. Good breakfast coffee- not weak like most B&Bs and they had oat milk so we were happy! Our dog was also very happy with the sausages he was given for breakfast.
