Property information

This lovely residence is located just 800m away from the main pedestrian street in Sofia - Vitosha blvd. And the historical heart of the city. All sights and attractions are within walking distance. Newly renovated, Casa Bella offers a separate spacious bedroom with air-conditioning, a living-room overlooking the green backyard, a luxury bathroom with shower, separate WC and a fully equipped, modern kitchen with dining area. The balcony is ideal for morning coffee. Free Wi-Fi. Central heating. The place is also convenient for long-term rentals, offering a washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. Essentials, bedsheets and towels are provided free of charge. Complimentary tea and coffee. Stylishly decorated to ensure a pleasant and memorable stay! The maximum capacity is for 2 people and a child as there is an extra bed in the bedroom. As stated in our listing, we do not offer free private parking space. Parking is possible in any of the private parks nearby. I recommend the one at hotel "Shipka" (600m away - 1 euro per hour; 10 euro for 24h) or the one at park "Vazrazhdane" (800m away). Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for disabled people, as there are steps to climb to the 4th floor.
