Very quiet neighborhood with easy parking next to the city center. The entrance and exit for the peripheral road in 1'. In front of the house there is a park and the Kautanzoglio stadium and next to the swimming pool. Below is the SASS. The universities and the Thessaloniki International Fair are 5 minutes away on foot. At 100 meters there is a bus stop for the city center. Its location is at the most central point of Thessaloniki as it is geographically in the center and everything is next to it
