New penthouse located on the ninth and tenth floor with lift in the residential area of Perugia, only a four-minute walk from the station. The 120-m2 penthouse interior offers two double bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom and Smart TV. A living area with Smart TV and independent equipped kitchen. Modern furnishings with parquet flooring. A characteristic feature of the penthouse is the fantastic 60-m2 terrace, with a view over the whole of Perugia: the elevated position allows a breath-taking view of the city and the surrounding hills. Be amazed by the fantastic colours of the Perugia sunset.
