Empire City is the most luxury apartment building at the moment in Ho Chi Minh City, it has top high end facilities you need, with 50metter long swimming pool, olympic size, salt water, and temperature control at 29 degree, large gym, pingpong table, tennis court, pool table, inhouse cinema, BBQ garden, mini golf, running and walking area, bicyle ... restaurant, cafe and supper market also available.
A vietnamese guy was born in a small village of Mekong Delta area, move to Saigon in 2001 for higher education after High School. Used to work as a mechanical engineer for 2 years after graduated from University and recognized technical is not my passion. Left job and traveled for a few years all over vietnam and a few countries in South East Asia. Decided get into Real Estate Services in 2008 and now 2015 start to invest some properties for hospitality. I work for myself, control my time, happy to share my experiences with everyone. Love to travel and photograph, my target will travel all SEA countries in next 2 years and US for next year. Stay and share your experiences. Thank you for your reading,
Quiet and peacefull neighborhood as the building is otherside of Saigon River but it is close enough to take 5-10 minutes to city center by taxi. Empire City complex is a big residence compound and have sercurity gate so the whole complex is like a big park you can walk around or circling by free bycicle always ready on basement and simple enjoy our high end facilities here. If you want more activities just take taxi or grab to city center for 5-10 minutes.
